If you're thinking of buying Groupon voucher for this place.. Dont bother! Spend your money on a diff deal.. the food didn't come out like the groupon picture.. Groupon photo looks delicious, sticky and generous portion of drumstick.. So disappointed to see that we only got 1 piece of drumstick which is very lacking in sauce and flavour, in the end i just left half of my plain rice.. Service was mehhh one lady was nice the other lady was not so friendly (possibly language thing).. I watch her trying to argue with previous customer over coffee price and size when it was clearly written on the board (customer was right).. I love groupon but not this deal.. Came to this cafe and the first thing I was asked was "groupon?" in a rude way instead of a "Hi how are you?" The lady then gave me less than one minute to decide what I wanted and was trying to rush me through. I was the only customer at the counter at that time. I then sitted and observed how she served other customers. Compared to how I was treated, she smiled and talked nicely to non-groupon customers and I felt very disappointed. First impression wasn't good and food was okay and coffee was good.
Gave this place a go as part of a groupon deal, ended up getting a eggs Benedict and coffee for $10! very generous servings and tasted great for the value, have been again since!
The new owners are lovely and very friendly which added to the experience! will definently be going again next time in the city and would recommend highly for a cheap breakfast in Pert CBD! :)

A delightful café in East Perth. I had a wonderful soup, the perfect antidote to a cold Perth day. Ambience of the café is lovely, and the service is prompt and professional. Will definitely go back. If you go on a Saturday morning, the staff run French conversation groups for both beginners and native speakers.
These guys were open over the Christmas break. Very busy and looks popular. Coffee was average but the food is good. Try the gourmet burger with chips and dipping source.

Small café on Hay street in City. Decent coffee with free biscuit. Quirky interior décor. French style vibe. Will be back for more.

Great coffee with free biscuit :) winning!! Only negative service is a tad slow but perhaps that was an off day. I will be back.
