The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, but their quality can be inconsistent. My dish was like an average chow mein, not exactly what I had expected. However, it was still decent. The sweet and sour chicken in my partner's dish was delicious, but the stir-fry vegetables were undercooked and the rice was too peppery. The aromatic duck was tasty, but could have used more accompaniments like pancakes, sauce, cucumber, and spring onions. The warm beers were a disappointment for the beer drinkers in our group, especially as some beers are best served cold. Overall, our experience was a mixed bag. Tasty Asian meals prices are very sensible. Travelled from Canterbury and was not disappointed. We had to wait and walk around the town because we did not have a reservation but they called us back in less than 30 minutes.
The meal was fantastic, you could really taste the smoky flavor from the wok. The service was outstanding, we even received a complimentary dessert. We will definitely be returning.
