I?ve tried here so many times and the last time I went in will probably be my last. The coffee tastes very acidic/burnt, and the customer service is bad?my last visit I bought an iced cappuccino and it was terrible (had some kind of powder in it that madeit super sweet and I had no idea it was made that way) when I went back in and said I couldn?t drink it, I ordered another drinkand was offered no discount or way to make it right?even just a ?sorry you didn?t like your drink? would have worked. I?m giving3 stars because I?ve gotten food here before that was good, and I?ve purchased espresso beans for a friend that sheenjoyed?otherwise not worth it
I have been to this restaurant many times, but my last visit will likely be my final one. The coffee is very acidic and the customer service is poor. During my last visit, I ordered an iced cappuccino that tasted terrible, as it had some kind of powder in it that made it overly sweet, and I was not informed that it was made that way. When I returned the drink and expressed that I could not drink it, I was not offered any discount or resolution to make it right. Not even a simple apology for not enjoying my experience.
LOVE this place, unfortunately I couldn't stay long but it definitely made an impression and I can't wait to go back!! Update: I went back with my sisters and we had such a great time here. We are in love and this little coffee shop is our new hang out. The food is great, two of us got the mushroom toast and almost ordered another one to take home and my other sister ordered the cheddar and ham quiche and loved every bite. I tried a flavored iced coffee and enjoyed every sip,
I really enjoyed my Ham and cheddar pretzel bun. It was really good. I will say the top of it was a little bit dry after getting it today, maybe stale. But the inside was still soft and I liked the cheese that they used for it. I also wish I could frequent Coffee coffee more, for more non-coffee options. For instance, the Italian sodas seem great, but I do wish there was a variety of fruity syrup flavors for the summer such as Mango, or Peach. Just a suggestion! Other than

First time there was disappointed. I had to take my coffee back to get flavor because I couldn't taste the flavor of coconut. And I'm on a school bus I ordered the toast with peanut butter and bananas and it was supposed to come with granola I got no granola on my sandwhich and I did not have time to go back in. Not a good 1st impression. So I basically paid $8 for a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
I've ordered from here a few times and no matter what I try, their iced lattes are so bland. It's like ordering a $5 cup of milk. Even when I spend extra on added flavor shots, it's bland. Today I tried the iced pumpkin spice specialty latte and there's no pumpkin flavor. For how expensive they are, I could have gone to Starbucks or Dunkin and purchased a more favorable latte.
I always find this restaurant to be cozy, warm, and bustling! It's a fantastic spot for a light meal and coffee. Personally, I prefer their regular coffee over the specialty drinks. They recently added some new "toasts" to the menu that are tasty and surprisingly filling. The peanut butter and banana toast is particularly delicious!
The staff was very well-informed and helpful in suggesting vegan options! I tried the veggie hummus wrap, snickers soy latte, and a "Vegan Blackout" chocolate cookie, all of which were incredibly tasty!

The coffee was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the tasty treats and cute decorations added a fun touch to the experience.
