Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion.
a so friendly and warm atmosphere. I was served by a friendly and smiling lady called charlene. they made me very welcome and gave me some options and recommendations. I decided to go for a latte today, it was made perfect with a beautiful...sweet hearts up! I will come back in definitiw. clean and safe. well managed.
grumpy non gruß, no toast available, as advertised, no apologies for no toast, so no use of us, went to the superior coffee nero doors away for teacake, nice coffee and friendly service.
