To the previous post, and whomever it may concern. I was aware that coldstone had holiday hours (shown in the picture). If you went on New Year’s day, they closed at 9, instead of 9:30 because of the holiday. If you searched their hours online, it would’ve said normal business hours, but probably would’ve said something like “holiday may affect these hours.” Also they had the holiday hours paper posted on the front door way before Christmas, up until the day after New Years. They are always true to their open and close hours, and sometimes even stay open later than their times to serve customers. I am a frequent coldstone customer, and I know that the employees would never deliberately ignor...
My first and last time. Where do I start? I command a banana column, and what I got was a big cup with a small bowl of ice. You barely sucked. I paid $8.55 for a pot of ice and a couple of blows. You should not mention that a banana column, they shouldn't even be a ?banana split? on their menu. It was terrible and so disappointing. I called the owner to express my disappointment, and everything he could say was? Sorry? If you ever want to get a real banana nip, go to Andy?s they know how to make a real banana nip. I will not recommend any cold stone, they will tear people off. The prices are very high and the shares are poor????????????????
I loved this place. Was here on appointments with my friend all the time to see a movie, but recently it went downhill. The staff looked over, and the older man who works there is very hostile. I came in a few times last month and there was only one girl who tried to serve 5 people every time. Poor management. Not the place where it used to be: EDIT: One of their employees threatened my friend for no reason!
The money isn't worth it, because they rarely put on the blows. I asked for a few toppings that they barely put on and then accused me extra if it was technically not even extra toppings as it should be!
