My experience at Cold Stone Creamery was the worst I've ever had at any ice cream shop. When I walked in, there was no clear line or direction, so everyone was just standing around confused. There were two employees working: a girl assisting a couple and a guy helping a large group of about seven people. After the girl finished with the couple, she started restocking items right in front of us while we waited for 10 minutes as the guy continued with the big party. We expressed our frustration to him and placed our order. Then, the girl came over and asked if we had been helped. We told her yes, but only after waiting 10 minutes while she restocked the entire menu, which felt completely unacc...
Somehow my previous review was removed. Last review I posted was about 7+ years ago and I commented how their bathroom is perpetually unavailable. The managers response at that time was that it was being repaired. Guess what?The bathroom is still out of order . Not a major deal unless you have little kids who urgently have to go. But it 's strange that this business ' restroom has never been available to patrons in over 7 years. They should just remove the restroom. Or better yet just be honest and indicate they don 't want the restroom to be available so they won 't have to clean it. Really weird. At any rate the ice cream is good and the staff is cool.
We visited this Coldstone location to see if they could create a cake for us to reveal our baby's gender. Jaimie helped us, assuring us that she could use our gender results (which we hadn't seen yet) to decorate a cake of our choice. She was incredibly helpful, wrapping the cake in tissue paper and sealing the bag to keep the surprise intact. Thanks to her, my wife and I were able to have our own special gender reveal at home. When we opened the beautifully decorated ice cream cake, we were amazed to discover we are having a boy! Thank you, Jaimie and Coldstone Creamery, for making this a memorable occasion for us.

I don’t know the name of the awesome employees that were working last night, but they deserve raises! They were yet again extremely kind and patient with our little kids, entertaining by doing ice cream tricks and throws, and truly made our kids’ ice cream experience one that can’t be beat. Thank you for always making our time in Cold Stone so wonderful!
The taste is consistent due to the method they use to create their ice cream creations. The server was very attentive to the people in the shop and worked efficiently and quickly. Not much space for staying there to eat and the cost was a little high. Overall, good experience
Wow! A huge thank you to Johnny, Melissa, and the entire team for making our night so special. Johnny really brought back the nostalgic vibes of Cold Stone with the way he tossed the ice cream. We had an absolute blast, and it truly made our evening unforgettable!
The cherry on top was when an employee came over with an iPad to request a tip afterward. You want us to pay $9 for a single scoop of ice cream and then ask for a tip on top of that?! If it were $3.99, I might consider it, but not at this price. No thanks!

I’m surprised this place has low ratings. The service is always friendly, courteous, and fast. The store is spotless, and the ingredients always taste fresh. It’s the same great Cold Stone experience I enjoy wherever I go!
