I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this restaurant during my recent visit. I noticed fruit flies behind the counter, and there was an unpleasant odor in the establishment. I also ordered through Uber Eats once, but didn’t receive all the toppings I paid for. The young staff seemed more focused on their AirPods and chatting on the phone while preparing ice cream instead of attending to customers, which I found unprofessional. I've seen the same young woman there several times and even wondered if there are twins working at the same time. Management needs to improve staff training because the customer service was lacking. I can't shake the feeling that the manager is encouraging people...
I often have issues when I visit this restaurant. Recently, they messed up my girlfriend's cake order, which was frustrating. Overall, the place gives off a shabby and neglected atmosphere. I also tried the rum and raisin ice cream, but it was disappointing to find no raisins in it. I can't help but wonder about the cleaning supplies they use for their utensils. I've seen restaurant employees shopping at ALDI across the street, and on two occasions, they've filled their carts with milk. This makes me question why the owner or manager hasn't addressed this situation. As for the ice cream, it’s decent, but the small cup isn’t worth the eight-dollar price tag.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Coldstone! TK, Syme, AL, and Mandy really exemplified exceptional service and hospitality. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They didn't just create the most delicious ice cream treats; they also made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly impressive. I give five stars to the amazing team at Coldstone! We will definitely return for more delicious treats and outstanding service.
they always manage to mess something up. they messed up my girlfriends cake a little while ago. the store overall just looks dingy and run down to be honest. the rum and raisin icecream has no raisins. I wonder what they are using to clean theirutensils as well ! I go to ALDIs and shop which is right across from this store and I?ve seen workers in there buying a fullcart of milk on two different occasions. why doesn?t the owner or manager take care of something like that? The ice-cream isalright. A small cup isn?t worth eight dollars though.

Will NEVER give this establishment another chance. Twice I had Gotta Have it Mint Chocolate chocolate chip and twice the server chose not to do her job.. its supposed to have brownie mixed in. First, brownie taste freezer burned, second she chose not to doher job and just wrap the brownie in ice cream and put it in the cup, so there's a chunk of frozen brownie in the bottom..rather go to Rockville center or Westbury.
Great ice cream, fast attentive service, smells like milk. Like…dairy on heavy. Not sure why or if that’s a normal coldstone smell because I’ve never been to one before this, but I’ve never walked into an ice cream shop and looked for the cow. I accept that I could be the weird one, but it was unusually milk smelling upon entry. Maybe something spilled and didn’t get fully mopped for a few hours
I had an incredible ice cream experience today! Jade was my server, and she was exceptionally patient, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be returning! This visit was a wonderful contrast to my last one, where two young women appeared uninterested in their work and mainly spent their time chatting.
Kayla and Mandy are wonderful people who provide excellent service. Their customer service is truly commendable, and I would highly recommend them for promotion. I would definitely return to this restaurant, especially given the great management they have.

This place has several problems. It's troubling to witness employees fighting right outside the shop. I recommend finding another ice cream store unless you're fine with the chance of being caught up in the disorder created by the staff outside.
I consistently get outstanding service at this location. They perfectly blend the add-ins into my ice cream! It's definitely my favorite place!
