My whole life we got a popular, nationwide ice cream cake for special events. It's always the same flavor layers, no room for customization, and always pricey... freezer burnt often, inside the location not appearing the freshest. BUT COLD STONE MOOSIC WAS SO CLEAN INSIDE! It smelled fresh, was just so presentable too! The lovely woman who waited on me had such an approachable, friendly, down to Earth manner. I was so comfortable there. Was just at this shop and ordered a Love it Apple Pie A LA Cold Stone, expecting a repeat experience that I had in Dover, NJ two weeks prior. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. There were 3 small Apple slices, some caramel, and some whaaat.... we 're those Graham cracker crumbs!? When I asked the employee about crumbs vs. the Graham cracker crust He said, we order them but we don 't get them. So what are we supposed to do? He seemed unconcerned with the difference being off brand. And he said it had been like this for 2 years *gasp*. It was a waste of money for basically vanilla ice cream with some crumbs and caramel sauce. Choose another Cold Stone if you 're looking for the real McCoy
Started off great, the woman at the counter (name started with an A) got my order and rung it up. I had an email from cold stone for a BOGO that I just received but the system wasn’t working properly. She said she wasn’t able to honor the BOGO on her end even though I had the email to show it. The ice cream here is way overpriced that I don’t go unless I have a BOGO. Was not planning to spend that much there, only went in because I had a coupon and then I wasn’t even able to use it because they were unwilling to figure it out.
The ice cream is very rich and tasty. A little more expensive than Mannings, I think, but that's okay. I tasted a little bit of their oreo and actually really liked it too (never had oreo ice cream from any other place that didn't gross me out). Only thing I'd change is maybe play some music (family friendly obvs) in the store? It just felt a little blah when I first walked in and I think something is missing in the overall atmosphere. The lady at the counter was very friendly too.

Don't know what these negative reviews are talking about, the place was great! Could definitely be cleaned up a bit and use a little makeover because it looks old, but the ice cream and the guy working there was awesome. Joked around a little bit with him as we were getting our order. Definitely recommend
Not so thrilled at all with my experience. The owner was very nice but the kids working there aren't. Maybe put on some music or something. It's super dreadful and the ice cream wasn't worth $20
Awful customer service. Very entitled owner. Ice cream was good but could have definitely been better if it was made like I asked paid for. Not a very friendly atmosphere.
Friendly staff, huge selection of different flavors and mix-ins to satisfy any ice cream fan. My PB cookie dough mix was awesome!
