I'm never gonna buy ice again. the inflation has made what already overpriced ice cream even more expensive. at my last visit when I was in register, I asked for a spoon and the worker threw it just on the dirty counter that remains with molten ice and had probably put germ out of cash on the counter. not only was the associated rude by throwing the spoon on the counter instead of placing it in the pocket, but the fact that it was thrown on a filigree surface, let me realize that the price I paid for this ice was not worth it.
I walked into the store alittle after 8pm, the door was open and a man was sitting in the store while an employee was scooping ice cream. The employee asked me if I ordered online I said no and he said we are closed! I thought it was rude not even to ask me what I wanted and to serve me the 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. That’s ok I went to carvel where they were more then happy to serve me. I Will Never Go to Cold stone Creamery again!!!!! Go to the carvel people!
the most disgusting coldstone I had. sat with my daughter to the ice, but also stopped from the toilet room for her. it was the most disgusting, unlived bathroom and wc I've ever seen! I couldn't believe it was open to their customers. not to mention the whole ice cream has been melted and the whole load just looked extremely dirty! the personal did not seem too clean. I still feel out!
I ordered chocolate shakes and while the delivery was incredibly fast, my shakes arrived more like chocolate milk. This same issue occurred when I picked them up in person a few days ago. It seems they might be using too much milk or something else is off because the consistency of the ice cream is never right.

This is the third time we've ordered from this place, and all three times something has been missing. Whether it was a waffle cone, toppings, or the wrong flavor of ice cream entirely, there always seems to be an issue. It only takes 5.6 seconds to add M&Ms to the ice cream!
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I paid $29 for a child's cup and two small spoonfuls that left an unpleasant aftertaste. It was not worth it and left a bad impression.
Just sad... $40 later and two melted cups of cold milk with a squishy waffle bowl. I swear this thing wouldn't break. It just formed in my hands like playdough. Unreal.
Place could be cleaner. Out of what I wanted mixed w my vanilla ice cream. A bunch of workers in back room, but only one helping customers. Tables not wiped.
