Unfortunately, I've been planning an order for three days with my kids, and my entire ice cream delivery was missing, along with a waffle bowl. The coordination between Uber Eats and the service from Cold Stone is just disappointing. I spent $60, and Uber only credited me $14, plus an additional $10 after I spoke with someone. I'm recovering from COVID and don’t feel like going out, so if I paid for a service to be delivered, why didn’t it happen? I had ordered a tall dark and delicious ice cream cake for my wife about 4 days ago. I asked for them to write something on the cake I had ordered. When I got there to pick up the cake turns out they never prepared it. It had no writing and on top of that they asked me if I wanted in the cake. Turns out they were out of the writing frosting. So basically I have to go to safeway and buy it and do it myself only because management at this location was to lazy to buy supplies and attend a paying customers needs. Thanks for the extra work to make my wife's birthday nice.

The restaurant offers good food, as you would expect from a well-known franchise. However, the interior is not very comfortable or spacious for dining. The location isn't ideal for much besides the local umbrella shop or for people heading to or from the cinema. On the positive side, the service was friendly and efficient.
I noticed how busy Cold Stone Creamery was, yet they managed to serve customers quickly while being attentive to their needs and preferences. The menu offered a great variety, and the ice cream was really delicious. If you visit Cold Stone Creamery, I hope your experience is as enjoyable as mine.
I work for Uber delivery. I was told that the order is not ready yet. I waited inside for 10 minutes. All the workers are playing phones, then it turned out that my order had been ready for a long time and was lying in the refrigerator. inattentive workers , irresponsible .04/19/22
My favorite restaurant is Cadet Stone Layer! I usually visit once a week, and the staff are always very friendly. It's always a great experience!
