I find it difficult to rate any Cold Stone Creamery less than five stars, but this location is clearly understaffed. It was visibly dirty, and the cold stones weren't as cold as at other locations. There weren't enough staff members to manage the long line, and they seemed to be struggling to keep up with demand.
2 years of being a weekly Saturday or Sunday customer and averaging $24-$30 each order. The staff and management will do all they can to make sure your odrer is satisfactory. Alisha and Ellla are two of the top staff members who have gone above and beyond with my orders. Thank you!
Always fantastic! However, they've stopped serving black cherries, which used to be the only place that offered them. While I have many other favorites on the menu, black cherry was always the standout for me.
The cash register was malfunctioning when it was time to pay, and I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be fixed, during which my ice cream melted. Unfortunately, no one offered to make a fresh one for me. Book a table now
Their ice cream is the best. It was pretty quiet when I went so I was in and out super fast. Highly recommend the birthday cake remix
the staff was great, they could make my ice from the untouched beer in the back, as I am gluten-free! very friendly!
It was my first time at Cold Stone and it did not disappoint. The chocolate dipped cones where delicious.
