The restaurant is still only operating the drive-thru. There's no ice cream menu available unless you have a smartphone with data. Additionally, there’s no place to enjoy your ice cream, either inside or outside, except in your car in the parking lot. On a hot day, this turned into a birthday disaster, causing my daughter to have a panic attack when staff approached us about eating our ice cream in our own chairs in the shade by our vehicle, especially since there were no other customers around. We won't be returning to this establishment.
They were out of almost every flavor, you can't customize anything, and half the time I'm not sure anyone is there during open hours since the lights are off (this was at 3PM on a friday)... why? Culvers is serving ice cream literally right next door and they are open all the time and have a ton of traffic. Also, their gift card machine has been down for at least three weeks. Before COVID, they had excellent service, then it's just like they stopped caring.
We came in at 7pm to get some ice cream. Service was horrible. Nothing was stocked, they were “out of cones” the lady helping us was constantly talking on the head set to the guy 10 feet from her and obviously having a good conversation. She also tried to talk us out of getting cookies in our ice cream because she didn’t want to try and break up frozen cookies. I should have looked at other reviews before we decided to go...
We should’ve read previous reviews before going. Only 3-4 premade options and the ice cream we were served looks like it was dug out of the bottom of the freezer and was iced over. Also, the gentleman working came across like he was annoyed that he had customers. Sad because I’ve always liked cold stone.

Do you guys even serve anything? Everything I asked for you guys were either out of or something was broken? It was 45 minutes before close and the person ahead of me left without anything either. Bad service and terrible management obviously
I had the small cake batter ice cream, and it was absolutely fantastic! I was really sad when it was all gone, haha. The flavor featured cake batter ice cream mixed with brownie and cookie dough pieces. It cost around $5.
Drive thru guy refused to take my order at 6:50 when the resturaunt closed at 7, claiming they didn 't want to 'be there past 8 if they took everyones orders ' while taking the two orders directly before mine... 0/10
I really enjoy this Cold Stone location near Coopersville. It has a wonderful aroma, is very clean, and the staff is friendly. Plus, who doesn't love the opportunity to create their own ice cream concoctions?!

Delicious ice cream! Never had issues getting the flavors or toppings I wanted. There were a few times where they were out, but the workers were always professional and apologetic. :
Terrible choice selections, only three pre-made flavors available. Just go to Culver’s next door.
