Coldstone near Columbia Mall is an excellent place to enjoy delicious ice cream and delightful ice cream cakes. The environment is bright and calming, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The staff is friendly and ensures that the store is always clean and well-kept. I especially enjoy the Tall Dark and Delicious cakes, and the caramel apples make a great complementary treat.
This was one of the first restaurants I took my kids to during our trip. The location is excellent. While the interior is similar to other locations I've been to, the staff really distinguishes itself—they're cheerful, friendly, and, most importantly, incredibly patient with picky eaters.
I honestly don't know how to thank the store manager. Being pregnant and dealing with cravings, I ordered ice cream, but the delivery driver literally stole it. I wanted to cry, but the store manager stepped in and got me a replacement, delivering it to my home. He is an angel!

This Cold Stone location is amazing! The place was spotless, and the ice cream was delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming me warmly from the moment I walked in until I left. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend it—10/10!

I had a great experience at this Coldstone. The ice cream was delicious, and the cone was very fresh. I loved how I was greeted at the door and the servers were very nice. I would recommend to anyone!!
