An outstanding Italian restaurant with equally outstanding service. Our server (Amanda H. and the Assistant General Manager (Diana G. were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The Charcuterie board was very good, however, it should have been served with more than two small pieces of bread. The jam served with this dish was surprisingly outstanding. The Bianca pizza was very good and perfectly cooked. However, it needed more cheese. Both the Bucatini pasta and Casarecce pasta dishes were excellent. If you enjoy a little heat, request them spicy. This was my second visit to Colletta, and just like the first time, the food was amazing! We began with the focaccia bread and then shared the lasagna and a margherita pizza. The lasagna is massive—definitely enough to split between two people, and we even had some left to take home. The pizza is also delicious and a good size. I'm already looking forward to dining there again tonight! I can't recommend this place enough. We can't wait to go back!
Amazing! We went to celebrate, and our experience was exceptional. Our server was fantastic—extremely friendly and always made sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying ourselves. The food was incredible, enhancing the overall experience. We will definitely be coming back!
I’ve eaten at Colletta multiple times and it never disappoints. They recently changed some of the pasta items on the menu and they are better than before. We had multiple courses split amongst our group and enjoyed each of them immensely. Can’t wait to go back again.

Absolutely phenomenal dinner with an even better server! Rafael did a great job taking care of us and we’re grateful for his knowledge of the menu. Beautiful restaurant. Only complaint is that it was insanely loud, even on a weekday evening.
All of the food I've had at Colletta has been exceptional! Perfectly cooked, seasoned well, and delicious overall. In my opinion the drinks are overpriced, especially bottles of wine, but I also expect that going to a nice restaurant.
We absolutely love Colletta! As Italians, every dish brought back memories of our family and homeland. Xavier was outstanding. This is our favorite restaurant.
We were so impressed by how thoughtful the staff were as we celebrated my husband’s birthday. We really enjoyed our food and already can’t wait to go back!
