One of the two houses still transforming anchovies. Whole slices with salt, anchovies with oil or marinated. A demonstration and explanation of techniques (free tasting is offered at the shop’s workshop. Very informative! Home nice and great choice of anchovies ( forgive me the tipade... not Dijon !!!
The visit is very limited damage, a few years ago there were several people and real demonstrations (tri of anchovies, potting, etc.)
