"since the 80s my family is used to have meals in colos restaurant, often after the beach. very beautiful moquecas and fried fish. the owner renovated the house where it operates the restaurant, improves the place and makes it even more pleasant. it also holds...a few antique photos of arembepe, before paved roads reached the native."

Well organized restaurant, with seats/parasol on the beach. They have a PIN (MasterCard etc).We bought 2 drinks, to have a parasol, table and chairs but it turned out the restaurant was quite expensive. A 'walking barman' offered us 2 drinks for the price we bought 1 drink of, at Restaurant Colo. We can't compare, since we didn't buy his drinks. After a spontaneous rainshower, we were allowed to use the bathroom to change our clothes, even after a couple of hours on the beach.
