I had dinner with my family, and it turned out to be an interesting experience. After being seated by the hostess, a non-server brought us our drinks. Our server, Grace, was very friendly. I ordered the penne alla vodka with chicken, which came with a salad. The salad was okay, but I found the dressing a bit too mild—it could have used more flavor. The penne alla vodka, however, was fantastic; the sauce was delicious and there was just the right amount of it. Unfortunately, the chicken on top was a little dry. We did have to wait around 45 minutes for our food, but it was still worth it. I came in hungry, and I ended up taking home a meal's worth of leftovers that tasted amazing the next day...
My wife has a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch today. She pierced the second half of the sandwich about half and the part of the chicken was raw. We didn't make a scene and told the waitress. I thought the manager or the owner had come to apologize, but no, they didn't. You told the waitress that half the price is good enough. That could get my wife very sick and not even come by was terrible. I asked the manager. After the explanation, we don't want anything else, and she totally ignores me. She finally took it off. The food took a very long time after we were seated but since it was Mother's Day, the wait time was probably atypical. Our family of 3 ordered different meals and we all agree that the food and drinks we ordered were tasty. The waitress was very nice as well.
I enjoyed the Sky High French Toast. I don't usually order something so whimsical but today I wanted to try something different. It was huge! I enjoyed eating it and the fruit was delicious. I highly recommend.
