Had wonderful server who was very attentive and kept drinks and food at good pace. Lamb Personallide was extremely tasty and ability to substitute Glazed Carrots and Mashed potatoes for Brussel Sprouts and Au Gratin Potatoes was very much appreciated and without any problems. Beef Tenderloin also was great and prepared as requested. Mushroom allergy noted and substitution also worked out well. Carrot cake Dessert with side of Ice Cream was the topping of a great meal. The Drake by Marriott did a wonderful job of making evening very enjoyable. Will return again to stay and eat at the Colonial Restaurant.
I had gone to brunch for many years and we decided to try it again, as we had a family in the city that we stayed there. I made a reservation before weeks and when some of our party arrived there, they said in the grunde, they did not know whether we were sitting in the restaurant in the bar or in the dining room. you would think that if they were paying for brunch they wanted to sit in the dining room. eating was a lack of food and cold, and no one seems to be able to say someone in our party if objects are gluten-free or not. very disappointed about this overpriced brunch.
Our waiter was nice and attentive. Soup and salads were very good. The main course was awful. My husbands meal-steak was rare-he ordered medium, carrots raw, potatoes burnt. I received the wrong meal and waited to receive the correct one and the filet was rare, potatoes burnt, wrong veggie so I didn't eat it.
The waiter was so nice and so was the hostess. Everyone was so hospitable. The French onion soup was hot and delicious! The steak, broccolini, and onion rings were cold. But, tasted good.

Place was nice and food was good, paid a pretty penny and was expecting a little better ambiance. Seemed like there were a bunch of kids just running around in their pjs or swimsuits.
the appetizer of the ordered entree. they brought out the escape with the appetizer. the remaining escape came out later mins and was disgusting
had a nice dinner last night in the colonial room. the appetizers and sea bass were excellent. diava was entertaining and helpful.
wonderful experience. the tee selection is great, the sandwiches and deserts are excellent! will definitiw back
