Very good thin crust pizza cake! The service at the bar was excellent. I've never heard of Hot Oil, so I had to try. Spices oil would be a better description. It doesn't affect the crust. It only adds a hot, sharp bite to the cake. This is a hidden gem that must be experienced at least once in life. I'm back! This is the place where you bring your best friend.
Love Colony Grill as a casual pizza place. Your menu is very simple just pizza. Add bar cake with a few ingredients. But we like these pizzas better than most in the area. My friend gets the stinger and hot oil pizza and says it's a nice heat not burn your mouth.
Cool place. Nice warm atmosphere. Located conveniently near the water, mall, and other bars. Ample parking. Love the simplicity of the menu where it's proudly only bar pizza. Haven't gone to the other locations so I can't compare it.
Good pizza and service. Diving or out on the deck through the water. Parking can be tight when it's busy. I've been going to Stamford for years. No disappointment.
