Stopped by for dinner after going to the Natural History Museum (only 2 miles away). We were greeted with smiles and fresh bread. We went through 3 baskets! We had the steak arugula appetizer, fettuccine Alfredo (my son scraped this dish clean and said it was the best), and the Spaghetti Mare, loaded with mussels, calamari, clams, and shrimp. I absolutely love the ambiance of this cute place ! It's a homey vibe like you're eating at a friends house and the owner is a treat! Her personality and service are top tier! I was greeted pleasantly, seated promptly and had fresh bread, ice water, and utensils in front of me in no time! I already knew I wanted soup and pasta so I ordered tortilla soup and the carbonara pasta! It was so delicious and authentic! The flavor was there!! Great neighborhood spot we live nearby and like to come here for a cozy meal. They have a simple beverage menu with a few affordable and mass appealing bottles of wine available. Looked for a place with good reviews to eat with my family. Upon entering we were greeted kindly and served well. The bread they serve while you order tastes great and the lemonade wasn't overly sweet compared to other places that add too much sugar. My boyfriend and I had dinner date here this week. We were browsing around the neighborhood and ended up at this nice Italian restaurant. The owner was super lovely and took great care of us. Their carbonara and their vegetable soup was delicious as was their Panna Cotta! Great safe area with great parking! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who's craving authentic Italian food.

Bread was so hard and Pasta was over cooked. My favorite dish, seafood soup was not tasty any more like it used to. I saw rotten peppers in the box at their kitchen. It didn't make me feel comfortable. I used to love this restaurant at DTLA but I don't think I'll go again after their move.
