Cannot believe it!!!! We ordered 2 coffees and as they do not serve tap water we ordered a bottle of water to have with our coffees. When we asked for something to drink it out of the staff replied that it was illegal to give us a plastic or paper cup. We were astonished as they handed us 2 straws to put into the same bottle. Totally unhygienic!!! When I enquired what law does forbid them to give us a receptacle to drink our water, they politely told us that it was a Covid law and that they were the only company obeying that law!!! I have never heard such nonsense in my life. We politely handed back our water and left the 2 unhygienic straws on the tray. As they say ‘Stupid is forever’
I called to book a table for a brunch. the gentleman explains to me that they make salt and sweet and various drinks. we arrive at 3 and the reserved table was inside. We ask for a table outside. ok no problem except that the tables outside were dirty, no one to clean, unpleasant servers (3 to do everything so overflowed). My daughter's hamburger not cooked, cold bread, industrial muffins not good.At some point one of the servers pulled the trash and re-rented passed his hands under the water and it is ironed behind the counter where they serve without glove. Hygiene level without comment!I would not put my feet there!!!!
I go there since the opening of the shopping center, I have never tasted the paninis and muffins but instead the hot chocolate and the vanilla sapphire are tip top! There's just a lot too much fun on the chocolate and for what doesn't like (like me) you have to think of asking to don't have it and it puts it everywhere if you want to eat or remove it! but not disappointed! Even the aisle and the vanilla hit very good! He really has a vanilla taste!
very good muffins,cookies,cheesecakes with various tastes. I recommend the meringue lemon muffin it's a slaughter! hot drinks are very nice and vary with the seasons, so we always discover a novelty. good relaxing moment after shopping hours!

I come from the opening in your dove, but frankly the I don't understand the concept of the panini not to roast, it's really bad because the taste is good in tt case (at the beginning it was not the same machine for the paninis)
Made a stop at Columbus with some friends, I ordered the chocolate frappé, which was really good, with that muffin (also yummy). If I remember well this combo was 5,70€.
A perfect place to have a little pause from shopping! Cappuccino is very good. Selection of pastries are not huge but they are quite good!
Service was friendly and the food was tasty and hot/freshI deducted 1 star because the decor could be more up to date.
