Online when I booked this room it advertises a pool and breakfast. That is what I booked it for. We drove in and had to use the restroom and the lobby bathroom was absolutely disgusting and blown out. Like gag worthy blown out. Front desk has a sign regarding the no pool and no breakfast and when I asked whether we could get a discount or something she advised they only offer her the option to allow us to cancel which isn't fair considering we booked ahead and finding a last minute hotel would be a pain and costly and they wouldn't refund me for a few days...We get up to the room and the sheets were wrinkled and stained, curtains stained, bathroom shower was gross and didn't look to be clean...

This was the worst hotel I stayed at. First you pay $130 with taxes included. They don’t mention they have no breakfast food, no gym, no pool, no COFFEE yes no Coffee, and no hot tea. They do claim they have vending machines which only offer cold drinks. They have an area near their front desk where they sell some food but it’s not stocked. I feel that it’s a scam and they lie about everything. Claimed that they didn’t have coffee or hot tea because the town of ATL yes a big city! Doesn’t allow them to put it out…. Ummmm pretty sure I have stayed at a ton of hotels and they ALL offer at least coffee. And no they don’t tell you anything upon arrive. And yes we did talk to the manager he seems...

I understood her situation, but I felt that the staff should have taken care of these tasks. I was exhausted, incredibly tired, and quite hungry. All I could think about was getting some rest. Unfortunately, I ended up having to gather the sheets and pillowcases to make the beds myself, all while juggling my 4-month-old baby, my 5-year-old child, and my mother, all of whom were also very tired. The room was not clean; the trash cans had not been emptied, which added to the disappointment. Overall, it was a very negative experience. I won't say that I would never stay here again, as I believe in giving second chances. However, I do hope the staff puts in a little more effort in the future.

Front desk was helpful, the hotel is under renovations and from other reviews it has been for a while , my pillow sheets had stains, very frustrating. I have a little children, and we got here very late, and I genuinely was just ready to go to sleep, but this has been a complaint I am seeing in many reviews, and obviously does not get resolved. reservations knows this location has been under renovations for at least two months minimum now and they continue to let people think the shuttle is active, and that breakfast is active, the pool is active, and pretty much every amenity that the hotel is supposed to offer isn’t available Book a table now

I was visiting for the weekend and wanted a hotel that was not located in Downtown Atlanta. This location is a very good nice hotel to stay. It's located off of Forest Parkway close to the Airport. It was easy to locate and visible from the street. This hotel is under going renovations. Which is really nice. I love the colors and the decor. Due to the renovations no breakfast and the pool was closed. There was a Waffle House located 5 minutes away to get breakfast. Overall, we had a nice stay. I will stay at this location again.

This place was very clean and nice! The receptionist Bree at the front desk was very helpful with checking me in. She really went above and beyond. I was very tired from a busy day as I flew in to Atlanta. She really made sure that I was well taken care of and that I didn't have to want for anything. I will definitely be coming back the next time I come here.Rooms: My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the manager Shiv provided outstanding customer service! The rooms have been recently renovated and look fantastic, plus they were impeccably clean. I also can't forget to mention that their pool and breakfast area are now open, which truly elevates this place to a perfect 5/5! I will definitely stay here again.

I arrive to this location and it 's under construction. No note within the choice hotels app that I booked in. No pool, no breakfast, no shuttle is pasted all over the doors and windows. My TV doesn 't turn on. I asked for another room...and they are fully booked . $153 for this garbage? I want refund. Book a table now

This hotel truly has bedbugs. There were ants crawling all over our bed and dresser—perhaps they were on the menu, given the poor food selection. I anticipated a certain level of sketchiness, considering it's Atlanta, but this hotel made me feel uneasy and worried about my safety.
