I recently visited Common Grace Coffee Company in Dearborn, MI and was happy to discover a local coffee roaster. I ordered a coffee to go and also tried the delicious Mario sandwich. The staff at our office frequently visits this place for their reliable quality and great service. Abbe was working at the counter during my visit and she was not only quick in taking orders, but also very friendly and helpful. She truly made my experience at the cafe awesome with her welcoming smile, positive attitude, and expert coffee-making skills. Thank you, Abbe and the team at Common Grace Coffee Company!
The coffee at this restaurant is excellent and most of the baked goods are delicious. However, the macaroons were frozen and lacked freshness. My friend and I both noticed this when we bit into them and they were cold. I would also like to address the owners and ask them to please clean up the place. There were dried spilled coffee on the walls and floor, spider webs on the tables near the window, and the tables were dirty with crumbs and drink stains. Despite the great atmosphere, the restaurant is very dirty.
Always liked Common Grace. Sam the owner and all of the staff are all very friendly. Coffee has always been good too. So I’m sorry to complain. But as of lately the prices have went up just too high for my liking. Last time I was there, I ordered a 16oz medium sized mocha and it was almost $6.50! That’s a bit expensive for a 16oz cup of milk, espresso and chocolate! Especially compared to a competitor like City Coffee who charge $4.98 for a 20oz large of the exact same drink.

Delicious assortment of coffees and teas, with small but tasty array of sandwiches and pastries. The baristas are cordial, sincere, and conscientious. The atmosphere is casual, pleasing, and comfortable. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite coffee cafes!
The perfect place to study, read, have a coffee date or catch up with a friend over a great cup of coffee/tea. Excellent service and comfortable setting. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
Lovely staff, great spot to study or for business meetings, and their vanilla latte is spectacular! They use quality ingredients and I can tell. Truly recommend.
Staff at the airport location are too busy on their phones to cut a $4 bagel in half or toast it. Better off at McDonald’s!!
