Had dinner at Common Ground last night, and it was a great experience. The food was good and the drinks were great. The $8 happy hour Old Fashioned is one of the best values in town. We sat at the bar having drinks while waiting for the rest of our party. Wes was a super interactive bartender and made great drinks. Cassidy was our server for dinner. She was very attentive and even played along with a silly request we put into the reservation note. The food was really good. This was a gold star experience. We’ve just moved to the Berry Hill area and have been looking for “our spot.” You know the kind of place where late on a Friday afternoon you can unplug and relax over some happy hour beverages and bites, or a dinner. The service was excellent. The cocktails are some of the best-try the Bees Knees, one of my favorite cocktails in a long time. The shrimp taco is worth the hype and those potatoes with the dipping sauce…one word, yumbo. This is our place. Huzzah!
I am a chef and have my restaurant I know amazing quality when I encounter it . The carrot cake there is a pure magical love story . Every element is so well put together the roasted walnuts the toasted carrot shreds the layers of cream cheese frosting perfectly crafted for the perfect bite . This carrot cake is nothing short of a masterpiece . Please do yourself a favor and order that at every meal .
This was my first visit to the Berry Hill location since it was Common Ground. Drinks were super tasty, as was most of the food (the cauliflower was amazing). My only complaint (compared to our last at their Charlotte location was that the vegan options were super limited, and differed from their online menu. Can't hold it against them too much, but it was a bit of a bummer.

We stumbled on this lovely place for dinner near our Airbnb. The food is so fresh and delicious! We highly recommend the focaccia plate appetizer. The best homemade bread ever, and their whipped boursin cheese is incredible!
What a treat. Came here for brunch and did not disappoint. Some kind of magic on the avocado toast. The most hospitable service I’ve had in a long time. Adding this to my must go back list for Nashville!
The food and drinks were delicious and I will definitely be going back soon. We had the focaccia bread, seasonal salad, steak, scallops, and some drinks. All were amazing.
Food was amazing, my Kale salad with Halibut fresh clean and flavorful. My daughters handmade pasta Alfredo with blacken chicken insanely delish!!!!
