One of the worst experiences I had in Natal! I got to know the complex by purchasing a quad bike tour, where I spent 450 reais, 225 per machine (me and my boss). When I arrived at the place I came across some very well treated horses, which are the only reason I didn 't just give it one star. The Carioca instructor is UNBEARABLE!! He shouts throughout the entire presentation, which comes to seem like a joke. The machines looked more like scrap metal, and at a certain point I even doubted they would work. I was sold the tour with the promise of 2 hours of RIDING, but adding up the entire tour, with its several uninteresting stops (with the exception of the last one, where we were lucky enough...
When I went another time using Day use it was great! This time with family and staying for 4 days left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was late, rooms were not changed, towels or trash, lunch took almost 2 hours to leave and finish, on the day of leaving the hotel we had to wait until 10:30 am for someone to show up to check out and when no one showed up we left , as we had already delayed our return trip by 3 hours waiting to close the account. The only thing that was positive was the little farm with the care of Mr. André! Super attentive, I believe he would be the right person to manage the place!
