One of the top small brewers in NJ (IMHO), a range of fresh and balanced beers that always hit the mark. The IPAs that match NZ and AUS hops with US are my favorite, less bitter and more juicy. Attractive tasting room and outdoor beer garden and picnic tables make this a great place to hang.
I visited with a group of eight, including two kids, and we had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating, the selection of beer was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. There was also plenty of space for us to sit comfortably.
This is absolutely the best brewery in the area and one of the top three in New Jersey. There's something for everyone here, but if you're looking to satisfy your craving for juicy IPAs, Conclave has got you covered.
