That's a pretty typical little town ice shop. Don't expect too much. There is a soft portion and a few varieties gourmet ice cream from a Wisconsin creamery, but nothing terrible extraordinary. Nevertheless, the prices are low for what you get, the store offers employment for local teenagers, and you can not beat a waffle cone on a hot day, right? You even have a through window.
Great people...nice little place. I got the Oreo espresso hard dip and it was amazing. My husband got a flurry and loved it...they will make it anyway you want. He got a chocolate/vanilla banana brownie flurry. I highly recommend going here.
Sumner is very happy to have a shop like cups and cones. They offer the opportunity to work for young people during the summer and to enjoy the patrons to enjoy a sweet treat in the city centre.
