It was our second visit to this restaurant. The first time we enjoyed it but not this one! First, the menu was redacted and a sheet was given with the replacement dishes. Second, the service was spotty, and we had to wait over an hour and a half for the second courses. The servers changed, seemed overwhelmed even if the restaurant was far from full! Dessert was also waited too long. The food served did not have the quality of the first time. This restaurant is called to close if it does not give a serious boost! But it's over for each of the 8 people in our group.
Overall, I really enjoyed it, the food was very good and our server was impeccable. However, the place was very dirty, with a lot of dust on the glass tables next to us and visible fingerprints. The windows were dirty and smudged, with dust collecting around the heater. The paper cardboard menus were soaked with greasy circles and fingerprints. The napkins and cutlery were low quality. With such a good menu and service, they would do well to clean up and maintain a higher level of cleanliness.
The food was unremarkable. I ordered the cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon and they were not terrible but I have had much better. The 'sautéed ' shrimp were 3 shrimp in a middle of a puddle of butter in a metal dish. They were underwhelming and tepid. This along with an expensive glass of a cab-merlot blend that was also unremarkable set me back far more than I should have paid. I would say that if quality of food is important to you, you do not want to eat here.
Extremely disappointing service! We were there before a show at the St-Denis Theater. Unable to have a cocktail after sitting for more than 45 minutes. The dishes ordered were not received ... we did not have enough to eat and before had to leave 3 mins before the show and waiting after our bill ... no apologies / no compensation ... I would not go back !!! Find something else in the area !!!

If you get one if the tasting menus, DO NOT order extra unless you want to leave food at the table. The portions are generous. The microbrews are good. Lots of shellfish in their selections. They have some tables with swing seats which seems pretty cool.
eating was amazing. the best fried calamari I ever had. good choice. it took a long time until the waiter picked up our order, but we ended in time to come to the theater with the time. will be coming back in any case

The drink wasn't so good, but the food was amazing. Very tasteful and with great variety. Restaurant should keep at least one high chair.
