Hidden gem in Maspeth, great food and drink topped off with excellent service!!I'm always craving for Irish fare, the chef here is wonderful. The burger and sweet potato fries are a no-brainer, as is the beef stew. Carol takes good care of us each time while Gabby and Julie keeps the Jameson Gingers flowing. Redbreast whiskey is a treat. Bridget helped us book an event with buffet, the food and service is truly exceptional!! Favorites include Seafood Pasta, Pernil, Lasagna and Jameson Chicken with a side of rice and vegetables. We have thus enjoyed each visit and will keep coming back for more!
The bar is super clean, food was terrible, pork tasted like it was old, mozzarella sticks were chewy... I thought it was hard to mess up a mozzarella stick... I actually sent back the uneaten pork sliders, never was offered something else or to take them off the bill. I don’t usually write reviews, but if you’re looking for good food,,,,I’d just grab a beer!
I reunited with some old friends at Connolly's Corner and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we started off by enjoying drinks at the bar before settling down for a meal. Most of us ordered burgers, which were fantastic. The service was also excellent. I will definitely be returning!
I visited Connolly's Corner tonight with my family, and the food was incredible. If you're looking for a great appetizer, the baby back ribs are a must-try; they practically melt off the bone! My son absolutely loved them. Everything we had tonight was delicious.
