Very disappointed in the gift I sent for a new baby. Looks like a 3 year old decorated the cookies. They were smeared and the words upside down. This is why I usually don’t order these online.
The cookie bouquet I ordered as a gift for a friend looked exactly like the website pictures and was delivered right on time! Cookie by Design customer service was also top notch!
