Truly disappointing experience!! I 've been an avid customer since he was taking orders from home and advertising on facebook alone. Always rooting for this place to be successful. Unfortunately it seems as though his success has backfired against the consumer FOR SURE! My first visit to the new location and ordered fried shrimp and whiting. Got home full of anticipation only to learn that although I was charged i did not get my shrimp. Called the restaurant, young lady told me that it was unfortunate but all she could do was notate the system and upon my next visit they would take care of it. My boyfriend and I decided to try out their new spot and location when they first just moved to show continued support. We've ate here before and the food never misses. We know the food usually takes a long time because of the popularity and it being always busy so we expected the wait time to be long. However, my only complaint was the customer service. There was nobody at the register. So people were just standing in line for awhile. And the food took extremely long to make than we were normally used to. This was honestly the worst dining experience I've ever had (and I'm not exaggerating). We ordered the seafood boil, and it took over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was missing some components of the meal, and we didn't even have plates until we asked for them. The prices were far too high, especially considering we didn't even get everything we ordered. I highly recommend avoiding this place—you will regret it. Instead, check out Red Crab (especially the one in Cranford) because it's fantastic.
Nice presentation of food. Instructions on pick up are a little confusing as the website gives one address and the text you get gives another.Food was ok. I ordered a fried whiting basket with seasoned fries (extra charge). The fries tasted regular. Couldn't identify a particular seasoning on them. The fish had a few bones but overall lacked flavor. The tartar sauce saved the meal for me.Restaurant staff really nice and helpful.

Visited this establishment two nights in a row, which says it all! Food was delicious and customer service was on point. Second night we had the pleasure of the manager Jeff taking our order. He was friendly and courteous. Recommend the fried shrimp basket, fried whiting basket, lobster roll, and all the lemonades are bomb:
I typically don't eat seafood, but I left feeling like I wanted a bit more. While I wasn't unhappy with my experience, I didn’t feel it was worth the price. The menu looks fantastic, so I plan to return to try something different!
Lobster roll was way too salty I couldn’t even eat the whole thing. Lobster was overcooked. I only live a few minutes away and fries were cold. Best thing was the bun! Hopefully next time I order, food will be better.
My girl brought some of this home for take out night last week. BOMB! Cant wait to come back and try more stuff I recommend the grilled cheese with lobster that was no joke the best ish I’ve ever had. 5 stars easy

The best dining experience I've ever had! The service was exceptional, truly top-notch. The crab was outstanding—straight from the King of Castile and León. I highly recommend this place!
