We went to the restaurant the day after St. Patrick's Day, which may have affected our experience. We arrived at 5pm on Saturday and there was only one table occupied. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were running around as if the place was full. We were seated promptly, but it took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered wings and tots as our appetizers, which were very good and the highlight of our meal, earning the place 2 stars. Our main courses took about an hour to arrive after our appetizers. I ordered the ribs, which were dry, lacked seasoning, and didn't have much flavor. The slaw was decent, but the beans were ice cold. My friend ordered the Duke's classic double burge...
Sadly, this place has gone downhill. We regularly ate here in 2021 and 2022 and loved it good quality/nice service. We went in yesterday, and proceeded to wait 45 minutes for food even though only 3 other tables were there. Beer was flat. And then the biggest issue: both my son and I woke up vomiting this morning. i had stopped eating my burger mid meal because it didn’t taste right.I hope the manager/owner can save this place, great little spot. But I can’t return based on what we saw/ate

We came here on a Friday night and it was half empty. The food was good but the food took almost an hour for 2 sandwiches, no one checked on us or explained anything and then overcharged our drinks and one of the waitresses argued with us about it. Disappointing experienceWoke up the next morning with food poisoning and that’s the only thing I had eaten in the previous 18 hours. Never coming back

My friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant after a crowd had just left. The waitress was great, but the kitchen staff took forever to bring out our simple menu items. We overheard them serving a regular customer who ordered wings after us and had already finished his meal before we received our food. It seems that slow service comes with the small town ambiance of this place.
We have been here a few times over the last couple of years and service and food has always been okay at best. However this time they seem to be under new management because everything was amazing! Donna, our waitress was incredible. She was very nice and attentive the entire time. On top of this the food has improved significantly! We will definitely be back.
I'd rate no stars but that's not an option. 65 spent for what? Ordered a 1/2 lb brisket for 17 and this is what they gave me. Not brisket... not sure actually... beef jerky in sauce maybe??? Disgusting. The chicken wings came out of a bag then overpriced. Fries so greasy... inedible. I usually don't write reviews but this place is not worth anybody's
The food was okay, but it took an hour to be served without any explanation. We were overcharged for drinks that were supposed to be on happy hour prices but weren't. We were initially eager to try this restaurant, but we won't be returning. There are much better dining options available nearby.

My family and I frequent dukes whenever we’re in the area, the atmosphere is local and homey and the food and service are always above and beyond. You can’t go wrong with what you order but my go to is the meatloaf it’s amazing!
