We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday party on Sunday, and it was beyond amazing!!! Our hosts are lovely and GREAT!! The party was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone had an amazing time. The level of organisation and venue present is Excellent. Cannot fault the hospitality of the team involved thank you team kitchen for accommodating vegetarian and non vegetarian food It was a great success, the guests were comfortable and the food was amazing as usual. The food and accommodations were very affordable (kids' meals were just $5). The service was impressively friendly; the staff was quick to respond and sincerely apologized when things didn't go as planned. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the discounts offered were reasonable. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
My girlfriend and I just had dinner at the pub, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the service was equally impressive. Courtney was very welcoming and recognized us multiple times throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be returning!
We stayed at the nightcap at Coolaroo Hotel. The customer service was excellent, food was great and kids area was awesome. Highly recommend staying here and eating in the bistro. Everyone was highly accommodating.

Great hotel. Nice cosy rooms. There is food at the pub, for a bite, open til 9pm. There is a kids room next to the restaurant area. Which has a jumping castle, jungle gym and a video game machine.
Amazing service! Loni went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after and that we were happy with everything! Definitely will be coming back!

Staff were very friendly and inviting. All meals were enjoyable and hot when we received. Kids also loved the playground and their food.
