We visit this restaurant roughly once a month, and the food consistently impresses us. This visit was no exception. Our server, Bryanna, was exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant manager took the time to personally check on us at our table. We all tried the red wine-braised short ribs, which were incredibly tender and complemented by a delicious red wine sauce. For dessert, we indulged in the house-made white chocolate truffles, which are undoubtedly my favorite treat. Thank you for a delightful evening!
I visited Cooper Hawk this past Saturday, and our server Lori was outstanding! She provided excellent suggestions and checked in on us frequently. The food at Cooper Hawk is consistently amazing; I have never had a bad dish during all the years I've been a member. I often recommend it to my friends. The bar's ambiance is inviting, and we always feel welcomed by the staff without any rush.
Sarah was our wine concierge and was very nice and hospitable. She was patient and explained each wine. What make a huge difference is that with the membership you can use your wine at the dinner table. The lobster bisque was not as good as I remembered from my last visit. I ordered a horseradish crust for my steak, but instead, I received Parmesan. However, the egg rolls were outstanding. Once we finished our appetizers, we didn't receive any new napkins, so I had to find my server. Overall, the food was quite basic.

My husband and I have been members of the wine club for years, and we always look forward to the monthly wine tastings and trying the featured wine. The quality of the food is consistently great, and we really appreciate the excellent service from Sandi. She’s a star and always makes us feel welcome!

The ambiance and the food was great, but the server wasn't it might had been it was a busy night but shouldn't have any barrier on service from the serve he should had been more attentive, Me and my wife had a wait a long time for the server to serve us.
Edell was fantastic! I've visited Cooper's Hawk numerous times, but he truly made our experience memorable. He was very personable and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed everything. We'll definitely be returning to see him again!
