Not sure if this is an issue with Coopers Hawk or OpenTable, but when we arrived with our reservation and were being seated at a table, there were several open booths. I asked if we could sit in a booth instead, and the waitress said, 'No, those have been reserved. ' I don 't know if that 's insider information? That for those who reserve through the restaurant directly they can request ahead for a booth? Because I didn 't see reserving a booth as an option on OpenTable. Just a heads up if it matters to you. Otherwise, the food and wine were excellent.
My appetizer was cold. I had my usual ahi tuna and it was not the same as I had it at other locations. Seems like the staff didnât know what was going on. People all around was complaining on how long it was taking. We sat at the table for about 10 min before any even said hi or brought water. With this being the the original location I would think it would be the best not the case. I donât think I will be back. This dinner was for my anniversary and it really disappointed.
The food was delicious Julyâs white wine was very smooth enjoyable with our meals. We had the monthâs dinner special, barramundi dinner chicken sandwich. My only suggestion is to please try do something about the noise level. We had to shout to each other to be heard. Instead of a big open room, how about some strategically places dividers to a create cosy type arrangement? Just an idea. ð¤ Keep the wine flowing ð·ð·.
It's always a great experience at Cooper's Hawk. They seem to take people in at nearly closing time too, and let you stay and finish your meal. Book a table now
Wonderful dining experience, fantastic atmosphere, waiter John was extremely attentive and patient. We look forward to coming back!
The food was good but the air was up too high for us to enjoy our food and it wasn't even that hot outside yesterday.
The food has gone downhill big time and we had too ask for everything. Usually card members get more perks. Oh well.
