This restaurant offers the best Mexican food in town. Our go-to dish is the molcajete, which can easily feed 3-4 people. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is top-notch. I highly recommend dining here for dinner. Prices range from $10 to $20 per person. Overall, I give it a 5/5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
Incredibly poor service. Had an 8:30 reservation for dinner on a Friday night. They closed prematurely, and without any notification, despite us getting there on time. Very little understanding or apology from the staff until pressed. Incredibly unprofessional cannot emphasize that enough. Service: 1

We had the veggie tacos and the veggie enchiladas verdes. Both were excellent! The vegetables are fresh and plentiful. Just make sure you do not specify milk products. Great service and atmosphere!

Copal offers many vegan and vegetarian friendly options. Not all are so marked that you ask. Killer cocktails and a beautiful terrace. Great service.
