I was disgusted with my experience in this restraunt i booked a table 4 a disabled person as ive just had spinal surgery a few weeks ago and it was my 1st time out of hospital and my last they have put me off as my mood was bad before and now im a wreck 1st no tables fo disabled persons as the lift was broken i had to TRY get out of my wheel chair which put me in AGONY for the night and CLIMB up on to a high couch why they did not say the lift was broken was beyond me when booking.then when I thought it could not get any worse I needed the toilet oh my goodness it was out of order I was told NOT so nicely by a waitress and when asked to sparked to the manager she acted suprised which was so...
Booked a table to arrive at the door at 4pm and stand there in the Cold for 20 mins until a man came along to tell us it was closed for a children's disco. He then contradicted me that he emailed me to cancel my booking instead of just admitting that he didn't. Another couple standing in the Cold with us also didn't get an email cancelling.
Only half the menu was avalaibe. We were told the only thing not on the menu was chicken wings, but as we started ordering it turned out pork chops, hake and others were off as well. The choice was limited. The food that did come was ok
Lovely place to have a meal ,food really nice especially burgers and apple pie .staff excellent .have been there a few times and will continue to go . Vouchers are great value and they treat u the same as if u were paying .

Went with my daughter and grandson and the staff were excellent...I had a voucher for two people but they made up a delicious Bolognese for my grandson who left his plate empty..will definitely be back...
Went for mothers day. Great food. Nice atmosphere and great staff. Reasonable pricing and a great menu to choose from. Wasn't my first time eating here and definitely won't be my last. Thanks :
The bar is really nice, but it always seems to be empty. The reason for this could be the unfriendly bouncers at the door, who turn away patrons for no apparent reason.
