We decided on an early Italian dinner tonight but didn't have a reservation. We heard Cordi's was excellent so we stopped by very early to try and get a table. They were not yet open but told us they could take us when they opened and suggested we go get wine (BYOB) and come back when they open in 30 minutes. Perfect! We went up the street to Wine World (great selection) and got a bottle of Florentia Chianti Classico which was perfect for dinner. I had met Domenic a couple months ago and he told me about his restaurant. Wanting to take my wife out to an early valentines day dinner we decided to try Cordi's. We are so glad that we did. I already knew Domenic was friendly and personable. Even if he wasn't, I would still give a 5 star rating. The food was PHENOMENAL and the staff was super attentive. Lisa our server was right there when we needed anything. Almost as if she could hear our thoughts. Domenic came over to our table to thank us for coming and to speak with well deserved pride about the food his son prepares. My wife and I will definitely be back and we'll bring more friends and family.
The food was exceptional, although the ambiance left something to be desired due to the limited space, which can create a crowded feeling. The restaurant is smaller than typical upscale establishments. The service is satisfactory, though not at the high-end level you might expect. Your wine or drinks won’t be poured for you, and the service feels reminiscent of an old-school, family-run Italian restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our meal. I would return, but I recommend tempering your expectations considering all the glowing reviews.
I have to say I had the BEST experience this past weekend. I had a surprise dinner for my husband’s birthday and it was FANTASTIC!! The food is amazing, the staff is on point!!! And Dominic Nikki (owners) I honestly feel like they were part of my family with all the help they gave me. Our guests were so impressed with the quality of food, the choices… the personal attention was just so perfect, I am Thrilled, and will most definitely suggest this restaurant to anyone looking to have an affair or just a great dinner.

My boyfriend took me out here and it was both our first time! Let me just start by saying the owner and his wife are amazing people, the service there is out of this world! The food was to die for, I could definitely confirm that is was the best Alfredo I’ve ever had hands down. Everything is made completely fresh and his bread is ordered everyday from Brooklyn! You can’t go wrong with this place, definitely recommend you try it out! :
We dined this evening using Open Table. If it were not for our server Lisa I was ready to leave. Open table is useless, you get the worst tables but Lisa rectified that immediately. Lisa was an outstanding server professional, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. If not for her we would have missed out on a great restaurant. The food from appetizers to desert was delicious and I would highly recommend. Will definitely return.
This place is amazing. The staff is all family and the owner comes to your table, greets you, talks to you, tells you, with pride, about the food he provides and makes you feel welcome. The food, the service, the food, the atmosphere, the food, the staff, the food and the food is just out of this world, nothing like it in this area. Highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I ordered takeout to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was simply fantastic! The calamari was flavorful and perfectly crispy. The fettuccine was divine—so creamy and served piping hot! The penne vodka was also amazing! I give Cordi's two enthusiastic thumbs up! We loved it!
