Updated review I convinced my husband to go back because I thought we could have a quick breakfast. They apparently no longer offer sausage, only bacon, which is disappointing. No where on their website does it say when breakfast is over, I 've been able to get it around noon before, and even if u could do an online order, it allows u to add breakfast items and doesn 't list a cut off time. We got there around 11:30am, the boards had changed to lunch, so we asked if we could order breakfast. The cashier (I think he 's the manager we had issues with years ago about the camera), said breakfast was closed. My husband asked what time that happened. He wasn 't even really sure. I have noticed a decline in the service at this restaurant. I used to visit frequently, but recently they have been slow and indifferent. Today, my online order was completely overlooked. I waited for about 8 minutes before an employee finally checked on the status of my order. The unenthusiastic employees were rude and did not apologize or offer any compensation for the 20-minute delay in my food. To top it off, the panini was slightly burnt. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
The elderly gentleman who took my order didn't enter it until after my boyfriend placed his order. He received his entire meal while I only received a drink and a cookie from the pastry display area. His meal came out first and my cookie was completely forgotten. Unfortunately, the cookie tasted stale. Overall rating: Food- 2, Service- 1, Atmosphere- 1.
In too big of a hurry to listen and get the order correct. Given incorrect items. Coffee was cold and the solution was to micro wave for 10 seconds instead of dumping it out like I asked so I could get a different blend that was hot. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
