I ordered a roasted sandwich, and there were more than just three customers. About ten minutes later, I noticed that the three employees were standing around chatting while three cups of coffee sat untouched, waiting for someone to deliver them to a table. When I asked how long my sandwich would take, they said, "Oops, we haven't even started it." This excuse was unacceptable, especially since this has happened to me before. Overall, the service was very poor.
What a disappointment. There are no senior discounts, no loyalty rewards, and the coffee is mediocre at best. The service was poor, and the manager seems completely clueless about how to run a café. The only thing keeping this place afloat is the lack of competition. Once another coffee shop opens nearby, we’ll see how they fare.
The coffee was average, and while the location is nice, it could have been better considering they use Merlo beans. It's decent overall, but it doesn't quite earn a 5-star rating. Additionally, the waiter should have secured the lid on the takeaway cup, as my mother ended up spilling coffee on her lap and feet—a rookie mistake.
disgusting breakfast. jims eier I think they call it. 1.50 worth of chips you will find in every psychic fish Nd chip shop with posing eggs up with a very average chutney. 13 mice that they had accused, had 3 bites and went out. I felt ashamed. I didn't expect that when I was hired. Book a table now
The service was outstanding. I ordered the chicken camembert filo with chips, and it was truly delicious. The chicken wrapped in filo was incredibly tender, and the chips were cooked to perfection.
Fantastic coffee and a friendly staff! I ordered takeout for breakfast. The price per person was around A$1–20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well!
The customer service was very poor. They took our orders in a mockingly inattentive manner. I would never recommend this place.
