A hidden jewel of culinary art. This restaurant is difficult to find because it is far from the tourist area, but it is worth visiting. It is a small, sparkling, clean local restaurant with a genius cook and a beautiful, attentive waiter. We had octopus, beef stew and bean stew with shrimp and calamaria. All dishes were excellent and delicious! Very recommended to visit this place.
What a treat!!! On a very hot day, we found this place. Cozy, quiet and cool. On times that where everyone thinks that good is synonymous of head on fire , this place is a fresh approach. Local food. Simple, fancy enough but mainly very very tasty. Please, try MIGAS with pork. A must!!! I 'll be back definitely.
My husband and I had a fabulous dinner and experience here. We ordered bread, olives, sheep milk cheese, house wine, pastries and veal with carrots and mushrooms. Everything was delicious! The owners were very hospitable and the prices were great. If we're ever back in Evora, we'll be back here.
