Sunday 10h00 am, got into Costa Coffee in Ashford really looking forward for that latte and nice atmosphere, however, staff not showing much empathy, tables all dirty, not many costumers in, only 2 tables with costumers. Lack of professionalism in costumer service. Latte not as good as I am used with Costa. Disappointed.
Had a watermelon and mint cooler. It was very nice. It wasn't too busy and we were able to sit comfortably. It's just in comparison it's become rather expensive, also not always the cleanest place. Especially as there's another coffee shop on the high street which is always spotless .
So friendly staff enhanced homely and warm feeling. I am delivery partner as well as regular customer. I always head this branch if I want to get food or drink
