The service here was disappointing. It seemed like the staff preferred to spend time with their children rather than attend to customers. The Black Forest Hot Chocolate was basically just a regular hot chocolate topped with cream, and whether it includes added syrup varied depending on who prepared it. I’ve also experienced food poisoning from this place in the past. I would recommend choosing a different local restaurant if you can!
The Costa at Tesco Northallerton is simply the best! It's always bustling, and the staff are incredibly friendly and excellent at what they do. I've seen them go out of their way to assist customers on numerous occasions, and they know many regulars by name. I highly recommend it—it's our favorite coffee shop, and my family and I visit almost every day, sometimes even twice!
