Costa Coffee - Table reservation

I visited the Costa at westbound Taunton Deane on March 25th. I ordered and paid for a medium skinny cappuccino and a medium Americano. Initially, they gave my daughter a small skinny cappuccino instead of the medium we had ordered. After some discussion, they realized their mistake. However, the second attempt at making the drink was still not correct as they used semi-skimmed milk instead of skimmed. When we asked them to correct it, the staff member lied and claimed that the green packaging indicated skimmed milk, even though they had used a different milk for the first attempt. I never had a bad experience in any costa and that was no different. the service was somewhat slower because new employees were trained, but quality was still good. it was more busy today, but still top knotch drink and a nice gluten-free brownie with staff very friendly and polite. service was fast and qualitatiw high quality drink.

While traveling to Plymouth, we made a pitstop at Taunton Deane for a driver break. I decided to take a break and stretch my legs by visiting Costa for a delicious Latte. The service provided by the young man on duty was outstanding, and the Costa Latte was as smooth as always.

it is a costa coffee. same products, same coffee. hard to distinguish one from each other. the difference is the people, their employment and the quality of service. this two-g is good. when the m5 is buckled up and down, I will stop here instead of the service areas.

I visited the drive-thru and the food was fantastic. The hot chocolate was okay, but unfortunately, there were a lot of hairs in my frappe.
