After a challenging few weeks, I needed a pick-me-up in the form of coffee. I entered the restaurant with a heavy heart, but within 30 seconds, the kind ladies working there had me laughing and smiling again. Their warmth and cheerfulness really lifted my spirits! Not to mention, the coffee was delicious. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, including the restrooms. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Front door to the shop is filthy and doesn't have handles on one side. Not very appealing or welcoming. No handsanitiser in the sanitiser station. Almond latte was nice but the unsweetened version of the almond milk would be much nicer. The slice of cake was nice and fresh.
costa coffee in chatham high street is a well-run and welcoming coffee shop. it has a large selection of coffee types and a whole amount of cake to choose. the staff is helpful, attentive and polite. a good place to meet and chat one or two hours with friends.
I had lunch at this branch today and the staff were very friendly. One member gave a great suggestion for lunch and helped me select a salted caramel brownie for after. I couldn't ask for a friendlier and more welcoming atmosphere. Definitely will come again! Book a table now
