during our visit was the dishwasher out of action, which is not a problem for us to drink paper cups, it is only the way that hand made signs were scratched and stuck with black yellow band, it did not see professional...all also I ordered a small medium drink and received 2 small things. nothing about really complaining, only the little bit of attention to details leave it this time.
Costa is my favourite of the major coffee chains, the coffee was typical of Costa and I had a particularly tasty Cinnamon Brioche Bun. The staff had no issue with me turning up soaking wet which I appreciated !
We called in Costa on the Hythe High street for a coffee and a cosy seat. Service was pleasant and polite, coffee was tasty, if a bit expensive. The seats were comfy and a pleasant place to relax.
the door looked like she hadn't been cleaned in the back, sticky and dirty. chair cushions were dirty, tables were not the cleanest. drink and service was great
