Absolutely loved my hot chocolate here, it's up there with my favourite ones ever, very strong chocolate flavour to it, filled near the top and whipped cream with chocolate dusting, delightful. The staff were very friendly and efficient service.

Costa in Thornbury. Cakes and pastries are always nice in Costa and I was pleased to see sugar free syrups for drinks. Staff are always pleasant and it had a c cosy atmosphere.
Just bought a coffee toastie. Girl serving had a face like thunder, was on her phone was quite rude! Good ole British customer service again!!!
