We were very impressed with the staff. There was an autistic chap in there today and the care and understanding they showed him in response to a price issue which obviously caused him some distress was outstanding. It was heartwarming and lovely to see.. Well done all of you..
the order was quite smooth and with an acceptable speed. the order was delivered as desired and both coffees were of excellent standard. the load was acceptable clean and there were many sitting options.
Actually a decent coffee for a change, 1 toilet for such a large costs was a let down but otherwise plenty of room.
Pleasant early morning welcome from staff made the coffee so much better.
