Costa Coffee At Odeon

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Costa Wrexham at Odeon. I frequent this location at least twice a week and always bring my reusable cup to help reduce waste. However, during my recent visit, the barista poured my hot chocolate into a small takeout cup before transferring it into my reusable cup to ensure I did not receive too much. When I addressed this issue with the barista, she argued that they recycle the takeout cups. I explained to her that the point of using a reusable cup is to avoid creating unnecessary waste, and I was appalled by her lack of understanding. Costa is amazing, you have to go and try their delicious drinks with a variety of flavors. They also offer tasty sandwiches and snacks. The staff is incredibly friendly and talented, I love the designs they create with their stencils on top of the drinks. Thank you all, I miss you!

I stopped in for a simple toasted sandwich and coffee after shopping. The staff was delightful and the food was delicious without any unnecessary bells and whistles. I was very pleased with everything.

Waited a loooooong time to be served then for my order to be made. Staff happy to chat and do pointless tasks (like clear one table in an empty cafe) whist the orders stacked up. Bonkers.

Called for coffee which was as good as ever. Had the new cake which was delicious! Plenty of seating and nice and clean too.
