the new look of costa is brilliant. the orange and purple chairs look great and so comfortable. the new look is very updated and it makes the experience to have a coffee here better than before I have to say. really likes it now and the new counter is more open so they can see what goes behind the slot more. the chairs as I said are much more comfortable than before they love. well made costa this time they have excellent. a must visit for a coffee, and as a consumer journalist I recommend this device. great atmosphere, friendly staff that goes beyond customer service and now look a great new one. well done! visit people.
Even whilst the restrictions have been on the staff have adapted to the changes. Best Coffee Shop in Blackpool.. Very friendly and proactive staff. Tables immediately cleared and wiped over. Unlike other coffee shops nearby this is a must and yes sometimes extremely busy but that tells you it’s good! Went to another famous coffee chain previous and walked out due to snails pace service and it was quiet!?
It was an absolute delight to be served by two lovely, lively, and incredibly friendly ladies named Amy and Luke. Luke even went above and beyond by offering to pour my hot chocolate into the new cup I had just purchased. I would give their customer service a perfect 10 out of 10 and will certainly be returning to this Costa in the future.
This restaurant is located in a wonderful spot in the city center of Blackpool. The service is excellent, the coffee is large and deliciously fresh. Megan took care of us and she is absolutely lovely. She provided service with a smile and a genuine warmth. Highly recommended!
